Our pre-season training camp will cover a different topic daily, led by our select directors and will also incorporate and highlight the four main components of the game: technical, tactical, psychological, and physical. This training camp is focused towards the serious player, with goals of improving all aspects of their game. Camp will include individual skill work, individual and team tactical training, small sided games with a focus on decision making and preseason fitness.
